Yes, long-term use of Teneblu-M Tablet PR can lead to Vitamin B12 deficiency due to its interference with vitamin B12 absorption in the stomach. This can cause anemia and nerve problems, such as tingling in hands and feet, weakness, urinary problems, changes in mental status, and difficulty maintaining balance (ataxia).
