You can take Telx AM 40/5 Tablet at any time of day with or without food but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. How it works
Telx AM 40/5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: S-Amlodipine and Telmisartan which lower blood pressure effectively.
