You have been prescribed Telsar CHM 25 Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure. Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent stroke and heart attack. It may cause more frequent urination. Take it at least 4 hrs before bedtime to avoid waking up to urinate. It may cause the level of potassium in blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli. It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Telsar CHM 25 Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and Inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness, or very dry mouth. Do not stop taking Telsar CHM 25 Tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor.
