Telmirest Beta 40mg/25mg Tablet ER is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate. It is used for treating high blood pressure, lowering the risk of future heart attacks and strokes, and improving survival chances in patients with heart attacks. Early treatment with this medicine also improves the chances of survival in patients with heart attacks.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telmirest Beta 40mg/25mg Tablet ER is to be taken with food.

Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can cause sudden increase in your blood pressure.
