Telmade RS 40mg/10mg Tablet treats high blood pressure that is also associated with high cholesterol levels. Together they lower your risk of heart attack and stroke. Take it in addition to regular exercise and low-fat diet. It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. It may cause the level of potassium in blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli.
