Telma LNB 10mg/50mg/40mg Tablet ER is a combination of medicines used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single medication is not effective. It helps to lower high blood pressure thus reduces chances of future heart attack and stroke.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telma LNB 10mg/50mg/40mg Tablet ER is to be taken with food.

A sudden drop in your blood pressure may occur especially when you first start taking this medicine. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while you are sitting down and talk to your doctor if it does not go away. It may cause the level of potassium in blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli. Do not stop taking Telma LNB 10mg/50mg/40mg Tablet ER suddenly without talking to your doctor.
