Telma AZ 40mg/8mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) by widening and relaxing blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, and reducing the workload of the heart.

Telma AZ 40mg/8mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan and Azelnidipine. It may be taken with or without food and should be taken regularly at a fixed time each day. In case of missed doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not stop taking suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. It may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
