Telelak MT 40mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate. It is used for treating high blood pressure, lowering the risk of future heart attacks and strokes. Early treatment with this medicine also improves the chances of survival in patients with heart attacks.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telelak MT 40mg/25mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
