TelBenina Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Benidipine and Telmisartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. It is best to take it at the same time each day and keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. TelBenina Tablet is to be taken with food.
TelBenina Tablet may cause dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.
Avoid consuming alcohol as it may enhance the blood pressure lowering effect of this medicine.
Do not take TelBenina Tablet if you are breastfeeding.
Do not take TelBenina Tablet if you are pregnant or planning to conceive.

TelBenina Tablet can cause side effects like ankle swelling, headache, flushing, tiredness, palpitations, upset stomach, and increased potassium level in blood.
