Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet is a prescription medicine and it is advised to take it as per the doctor's advice. Breastfeeding Warning

Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Use of Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet is not harmful in short-term because milk levels are low. Prolonged or repeated use may cause staining of babies dental enamel or bone deposition of Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet.

Pregnancy Warning

Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Metronidazole and Tetracycline.

Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet should be taken with or without food but at the same time every day. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It may cause dizziness. Don't drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how medicine affects you. It is advisable to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to overcome medicine side effects. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medication as it can enhance the dizziness. Discontinue Teemet 400mg/333mg Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.
