Tazloc-H Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Tazloc-H Tablet is a combination of two medicines:
It can be taken with or without food. Tazloc-H Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, very dry mouth or muscle weakness. It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Use of Tazloc-H Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe.
To ensure the safe and effective use of Tazloc-H Tablet, avoid taking potassium supplements or salt substitutes without consulting your doctor. Additionally, refrain from consuming alcohol, as it can exacerbate the medication's blood pressure-lowering effects and cause side effects. It is also essential to stay hydrated, especially during exercise or in hot weather. The medication may cause dizziness, so avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require concentration until you know how it affects you. If you experience dizziness, lie down, and then sit for a few moments before standing to prevent further dizziness.
In case of accidental overdose, you may experience symptoms such as low blood pressure, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness, vomiting, and rapid heartbeat. In rare cases, slow heartbeat and reduced kidney function, including kidney failure, have been reported. If you experience any of these symptoms, contact your doctor immediately and seek medical attention.
Remember that Tazloc-H Tablet does not cure hypertension (high blood pressure) but helps to normalize it. You should continue taking this medication even if your blood pressure is controlled. Stopping the medication may cause your blood pressure to rise again. Generally, blood pressure-lowering medications are prescribed for life. By maintaining controlled blood pressure, you reduce your risk of heart attack or stroke.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and take the next one as directed. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one. If you frequently forget doses, consider setting an alarm or consulting your doctor for alternative methods to help you remember.
Do not stop taking Tazloc-H Tablet without consulting your doctor. Stopping the medication may cause your blood pressure to rise, increasing your risk of heart attack or stroke. If you experience side effects, such as dizziness, nausea, or diarrhea, talk to your doctor.
Tazloc-H Tablet is generally safe to take for a long time. However, it is essential to follow your doctor's advice and instructions.
You may need to take Tazloc-H Tablet for a long-term or even lifelong. The medication only maintains controlled blood pressure as long as you are taking it. Therefore, it is crucial to continue your medication and follow your doctor's advice.
High blood pressure often does not have noticeable symptoms, so you may not feel ill even if your blood pressure changes. This does not mean that the medication is not working. The medication is designed to reduce your risk of serious illnesses, and it is essential to continue taking it as directed.
Tazloc-H Tablet may rarely cause erectile dysfunction. If you are concerned or notice changes, consult your doctor. However, untreated hypertension itself can lead to erectile dysfunction, making it essential to take your medication regularly and monitor your blood pressure.
In addition to taking Tazloc-H Tablet, make lifestyle changes to support your overall health. Avoid excessive salt intake and find ways to manage stress. Practice yoga, meditation, or a hobby, and ensure a good night's sleep. Quit smoking and alcohol consumption, as these habits can lower your blood pressure and reduce your risk of heart problems. Exercise regularly and maintain a balanced diet that includes whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables, and fat-free products. Consult your doctor for personalized guidance on making the most of Tazloc-H Tablet and maintaining your overall health.
