Introduction

Tansukh Rajahpravartini Vati is an ayurvedic tablet used to treat primary and secondary amenorrhea and scanty bleeding. It is a combination of natural ingredients that work together to regulate menstrual cycles and promote healthy bleeding. The tablet is available in the form of a tablet and is usually taken orally.

(125 – 250 mg) 1 – 2 tablets once or twice a day, before or after food or as directed by ayurvedic doctor. It is usually given starting from fourth week of menstrual cycle till onset of menstruation. The medicine should be stopped soon after onset of menstruation or after 2-3 days after.
