Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Tamofen 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Common side effects associated with Tamofen 20mg Tablet include: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, vaginal irritation, decreased sex drive, mood changes. Additionally, fluid retention, vaginal discharge, indigestion, nausea, and changes in your menstrual cycle may occur. If any of these side effects bother you, consult your doctor.
