Tamlet 2 Capsule ER is a combination of two medicines used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia, relaxing muscles of the bladder and prostate gland to relieve pain and irritation.

Tamlet 2 Capsule ER may be prescribed alone or in combination with other medicines. It is best taken with food. Take it regularly and do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor. You should not stop taking the medicine until your doctor tells you it is okay to stop.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tamlet 2 Capsule ER is to be taken with food.
Tamlet 2 Capsule ER is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Tolterodine which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker while Tolterodine is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.
Take it with food preferably at the same times each day Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated drinks as they can worsen your symptoms Dry mouth, dry eyes, and constipation may occur as a side effect.
