Tablet
Tadaglee 10mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadaglee 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Tadaglee 10mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tadaglee 10mg Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity. Do not take it more than once a day. Do not use Tadaglee 10mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain). It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
Tadaglee 10mg Tablet does not affect fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on fertility.
While small amounts of alcohol may not cause discomfort, consuming large amounts (5 units or more) can increase the likelihood of experiencing headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate, and low blood pressure.
Tadaglee 10mg Tablet is not known to cause delays in ejaculation. It is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
