Tablet
Tadacip 20 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadacip 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Tadacip 20 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tadacip 20 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity. Do not take it more than once a day. Do not use Tadacip 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain). It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
Tadacip 20 Tablet has no effect on fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and does not impact reproductive function.
While moderate alcohol consumption may not cause significant discomfort, excessive alcohol intake (more than 5 units) can increase the risk of headaches or dizziness, changes in heart rate or blood pressure.
Tadacip 20 Tablet is not known to delay ejaculation. It's intended for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience sudden vision changes (loss or blurriness in one or both eyes), a drop in hearing, unusual ear ringing, or dizziness. Consult your doctor if you experience prolonged erections exceeding 4 hours or painful erections lasting longer than 6 hours.
