Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Tachia TR 20mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach. Avoid taking it with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, butter, and meat.
