Before you start taking T4th 50 Tablet, your doctor will do a blood test to determine the appropriate dose. Regular blood tests will be conducted to monitor its effectiveness, and the dose may be adjusted accordingly. It is best taken on an empty stomach before your first meal of the day. Consistent use is necessary to gain maximum benefit, and it may take several weeks for symptoms to improve. You may need to take it for life, and stopping it may cause symptoms to return. Common side effects include palpitations, vomiting, anxiety, diarrhea, weight loss, tremors, increased appetite, and restlessness, usually due to a higher dose than needed. Serious side effects like high temperature, irregular heart rate, low blood pressure, jaundice, confusion, or fits require immediate medical attention. T4th 50 Tablet should not be used for weight loss or obesity treatment. If you become pregnant, inform your doctor as the dose may need adjustment. Consult your doctor about other medications you are taking as they may affect how this medicine works.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. T4th 50 Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach.

T4th 50 Tablet is a synthetic version of a hormone produced by the thyroid gland. It replaces the thyroid hormones that your thyroid gland cannot produce in sufficient quantity, relieving symptoms of hypothyroidism such as tiredness, weight gain, and depression.

T4th 50 Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning. Avoid food, milk, or tea 1 hour before and 2 hours after taking this medicine. It may take 6 to 8 weeks to get the full effect. For most people, T4th 50 Tablet can be a lifelong medication. Do not discontinue it without discussing it with your doctor. Inform your doctor if you experience diarrhea, nervousness, irritability, sleep disturbances, shaking hands, or chest pain. Your doctor may adjust your dose. Leave a gap of at least 4 hours before taking any antacids, calcium or iron supplements, and multivitamins as these may interfere with the effect of the medicine. Get your hormone levels checked regularly and inform your doctor if you notice a significant change in your body weight. The dose may need to be adjusted. Inform your doctor before changing the brand of T4th 50 Tablet as all brands may not have the same effect.
