The combination of ingredients in Systaflam Gel works together to provide relief from pain and inflammation. Diclofenac helps block the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for causing pain, inflammation, redness, and swelling, while Mephenesin helps relieve muscle hardness and spasms. Menthol and Methyl salicylate help cool the skin and then warm it up to improve blood circulation and relieve pain, and Turpentine oil helps improve the spreadability of the gel for smooth application.
