Introduction

Synetech DM 10mg/40mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and gastritis. It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, thereby relieving symptoms such as heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation. The medicine is a combination of Domperidone, a prokinetic that increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, and Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid. While effective, it may have side effects and should be used under medical supervision, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. It is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Synetech DM 10mg/40mg Tablet combines Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily. Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid, helping relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Take Synetech DM 10mg/40mg Tablet one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away. Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking Synetech DM 10mg/40mg Tablet for 14 days. Long-term use can cause weak bones and mineral deficiencies. Ensure adequate intake of calcium and magnesium. Incorporate lifestyle changes: eat regular meals, drink water, avoid spicy and fatty foods, lose weight if obese, quit smoking, limit alcohol, and avoid lying down immediately after meals.
