Introduction

Surgiplus Combine Dressing 10cm x 10cm is a wound dressing used to pack large bleeding wounds after initial bleeding control by direct pressure. It consists of a highly absorbent thick layer of cotton wrapped in a soft and conformable non-woven fabric, folded over to form a flat pad. This dressing is designed to minimize trauma associated with changing wound dressings and is hypo-allergenic with a low risk of wound irritation.

Combine Dressing can be applied directly to the wound which exudates, as they are non-adhesive and sterilised, making it suitable for direct contact.

The dressing absorbs fluids from large and heavily bleeding wounds to stop bleeding and reduce infection risk.
