Supridol 100mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective. Some common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, sleepiness, vomiting, nausea, and constipation. If any of these side effects do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Supridol 100mg Tablet is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days. Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages. Avoid driving or using machinery if you feel dizzy after taking Supridol 100mg Tablet. It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Your doctor may adjust your dose if you have liver or kidney disease.
