Directions for Use
Squeeze the bottle until 10 or 20 ml dispenser fills, rinse the mouth with the Swish oil vigorously for 60 - 90 seconds in the morning and at bedtime, when done, do not swallow, spit and rinse the mouth with water immediately, for best results, swish twice a day after brushing the teeth, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing—best for adults and children above 12 years of age, instruct children below 12 years of age about good rinsing habits (to prevent swallowing), supervise children until they are capable of using without supervision.
