Sumox Plus 500mg/300mg Capsule is a combination of two antibiotics: Amoxycillin and Tinidazole. Amoxycillin kills bacteria by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is needed for them to survive. Tinidazole kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Take Sumox Plus 500mg/300mg Capsule with food at the same time every day. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Discontinue Sumox Plus 500mg/300mg Capsule and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing. Do not drink alcohol during or for 2-3 days after treatment with this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have liver disease.
