Cream
Sucral Cream is a medicine used as a wound healing agent for treating several types of wounds. It forms a protective layer over the surface and shields the wound from external irritants. This way it promotes healing and facilitates regeneration of damaged tissues. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding its use and to be aware of potential side effects and precautions.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.
Sucral Cream forms a coating over the affected area (burn/wound) or any other raw surface. This creates a physical barrier that protects the burn/wound/raw surface from getting irritated or any other injury, allowing it to heal. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that relieve symptoms of inflammation such as pain, redness, or itching.
It adheres and serves to protect the damaged tissue and also facilitates healing. Apply it as a thin layer onto the affected area or as suggested by the doctor. Don't cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor. Sucral Cream aids in healing of ulcers in the stomach and intestine. Take it on an empty stomach, preferably 1 hour before a meal. Do not take antacids 30 minutes before or after taking this medication. Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Sucral Cream can cause dizziness and sleepiness. It may take 4-6 weeks or more for the ulcers to heal completely. Do not stop taking the medicine until your doctor tells you to. Inform your doctor if you have a kidney disorder.
