Styair-FX Junior Oral Suspension is a combination medicine used in the treatment of allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion or stuffiness. It contains two active ingredients, montelukast and fexofenadine, which work together to relieve symptoms. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Styair-FX Junior Oral Suspension may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger called leukotriene. This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of another chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

You have been prescribed Styair-FX Junior Oral Suspension to help relieve symptoms of allergy such as runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and cough. Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Styair-FX Junior Oral Suspension can cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drink alcohol while taking Styair-FX Junior Oral Suspension as it may cause increased sleepiness. Stop taking Styair-FX Junior Oral Suspension at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
