Introduction
Stolin Gum Astringent is a combination of three drugs, namely tannic acid, zinc chloride, and cetrimide. Tannic acid has an astringent effect, which causes the shrinkage or constriction of body tissues, while zinc chloride and cetrimide act as antiseptic agents, preventing bacteria and fungi from growing in the mouth.
Directions for Use
Massage gently sufficiently over the affected area of the gums. Use under medical supervision.
How it works
The tannic acid in Stolin Gum Astringent has astringent properties that help to shrink or constrict body tissues, including gum tissue. Zinc chloride and cetrimide act as antiseptic agents, which help to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi in the mouth.
