The syrup contains Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant, Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic, and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant. While effective, it is important to use this medication as directed by a healthcare provider and to be aware of potential side effects and warnings, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
