Spinless Tablet is a combination medicine that should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. It is advised to take this medicine as directed by your doctor and preferably at a fixed time each day. Do not skip any doses but if you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment and never stop this medicine suddenly without talking to your doctor.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Spinless Tablet is to be taken with food.
Spinless Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine is a calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic which blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for light-headedness in vertigo.

Yes, Spinless Tablet may cause drowsiness. Avoid driving, operating machinery, working at heights or participating in potentially dangerous activities until you know how this medicine affects you.
Spinless Tablet may cause indigestion. However, taking it with or after food can help prevent indigestion. If indigestion persists, speak with your doctor.
Spinless Tablet is harmful for patients with hypersensitivity to the active substances, diphenhydramine or other antihistamines of similar structure or to any of the excipients. It should be avoided in individuals with glaucoma, fits, increased intracranial pressure, alcohol abuse, urinary issues, liver or kidney disease. It's also not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If you accidentally take more than the prescribed dose of Spinless Tablet, contact emergency services immediately. Symptoms of an overdose may include drowsiness, pupil dilation, difficulty urinating, dry mouth, flushing, a rapid heart rate, sweating, headache, dizziness and shakiness.
If you miss a dose of Spinless Tablet, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at its usual time and quantity. Do not double-dose to compensate for missing a dose.
You should not stop taking Spinless Tablet until your doctor advises you to do so. If you stop the medication before your doctor says, dizziness and spinning may reappear (dizziness and vertigo).
Store this medicine in its original container or packaging, tightly closed. Follow the instructions on the package label regarding storage. Do not use expired medication and make sure it is not consumed by pets, children, or other people.
