Spiace T 100mg/325mg/2mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Aceclofenac, and Tizanidine. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause fever and pain respectively. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Take this medicine with food to prevent stomach upset. Take it as advised by your doctor. Older adults may have increased drowsiness, confusion, and higher risk of falling. Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen without asking your doctor first.
