Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus Capsule is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol and Tramadol. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

You have been prescribed Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus Capsule to reduce severe abdominal pain and cramps. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus Capsule may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus Capsule. Inform your doctor if you are taking any antidepressants or if you have severe breathing problems.
