Sparvon 200mg Tablet should be used as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Avoid taking antacids containing aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before or after taking this medicine, as this reduces its efficacy. Complete the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Common side effects include dizziness, stomach pain, nausea, and a bitter taste, which are usually temporary. Diarrhea may also occur but should stop when the course is complete. Consult your doctor if side effects persist or if you find blood in your stools. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Seek urgent medical attention if you experience severe allergic reactions such as rash, swelling of the lips, tongue, or face, or breathing problems. Special care should be taken in people with kidney problems.

Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Notify your doctor if you feel pain in your tendons, numbness, or tingling sensations. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
