Spam 10mg/325mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Mefenamic Acid. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that relaxes stomach and gut muscles, stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms). Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation.
