Spafast D 2mg/37.5mg Injection is given by a doctor or a nurse and should not be self-administered at home. You should use it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not use more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor. Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects. Spafast D 2mg/37.5mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Thiocolchicoside and Diclofenac. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
