Spacold N 100mg/5mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Phenylephrine, and Levocetirizine. It provides relief from symptoms of common cold, including runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion. It also blocks the release of certain chemicals that cause pain and inflammation and relieves aches and fever associated with cold.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Spacold N 100mg/5mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
