Spacirab-HP Kit is a prescription medicine. It is advised to take it as per the prescription. It should be taken in an empty stomach but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better. The common side effects of this medicine are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, etc. If any of the side effects get aggravated, you must consult your doctor immediately. If you experience any allergic reaction (rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, etc.), you must seek immediate medical help.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Spacirab-HP Kit is to be taken empty stomach.

Spacirab-HP Kit is a combination of three medicines: Amoxycillin, Clarithromycin and Esomeprazole, which treats stomach/intestinal ulcers caused by the bacteria. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic which works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Clarithromycin is also an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively. Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and relieves acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Spacirab-HP Kit is a combination of three medicines which treats stomach/intestinal ulcers by killing the causative bacteria. Finish the prescribed course of medicine even if you start to feel better. Stopping it early may make the ulcer harder to treat. Stop taking Spacirab-HP Kit and inform your doctor immediately if you develop an itchy rash, swelling of the face, throat or tongue or breathing difficulties while taking it.
