Sompraz L Capsule SR is a combination of two medicines: Levosulpiride and Esomeprazole.

This risk is higher in patients who take high doses (multiple daily doses and long-term therapy, at least one year). High dose means multiple daily doses, and long-term therapy (a year or longer).
