Somagesic Forte Tablet should be taken with food to prevent an upset stomach. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhea. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist. Inform your doctor if you have heart, kidney, liver problems, or stomach ulcers. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Somagesic Forte Tablet is to be taken with food.

Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Somagesic Forte Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage. Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
