Eye Drop
Soft Tears Plus Eye Drop is usually taken when needed. Use the number of drops as advised by your doctor. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering any other medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Do not use a bottle if the seal is broken before you open it. Always wash your hands and do not touch the end of the dropper. This could infect your eye. This medicine may require long-term use and can be taken safely for as long as you need it.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

Soft Tears Plus Eye Drop is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye.
Your doctor has prescribed Soft Tears Plus Eye Drop to treat dry eye disease. It stabilizes the natural tear film and maintains necessary lubrication so your eyes don’t get dry and irritated. May require long-term use. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution of this medicine.
Soft Tears Plus Eye Drop is a tear substitute used to lubricate dry eyes, providing temporary relief from burning, irritation, and discomfort. It is also indicated for lubricating and re-wetting soft and rigid gas-permeable contact lenses, as well as relieving dryness, irritation, and discomfort associated with lens wear.
Common side effects of Soft Tears Plus Eye Drop may include visual disturbances, eye discharge, and medication residue. Other possible side effects include redness of the eye, eye irritation, burning, discomfort, eyelid swelling, and itching of the eye. Store Soft Tears Plus Eye Drop at a temperature of 25°C or below, out of the reach of children. Avoid touching the tip of the container to any surface and replace the cap after every use. Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date or 30 days of opening the container.
For dry eyes, instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. For lubricating soft and rigid gas-permeable lenses, apply 1 to 2 drops to each eye with the lenses on as needed or as directed by your doctor. Blink several times after instilling the drops.
