The medication should be taken as advised by your doctor, with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea, which usually resolve on their own. However, consult your doctor if these side effects persist or if you find blood in your stools. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Rarely, severe allergic reactions may occur, requiring urgent medical attention. Inform your doctor if you have a history of kidney disease.
