Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic that helps your body fight infections caused by bacteria. It is used to treat infections of the lungs (e.g., pneumonia), ear, nasal sinus, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue. It will not work for viral infections such as the common cold.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT is to be taken with food.
Diarrhea may occur as a side effect. Taking probiotics along with Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT may help. Talk to your doctor if you notice bloody stools or develop abdominal cramps.
Consuming alcohol with Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT does not cause any harmful side effects.
Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT is a combination of two medicines: Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid. Amoxycillin is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria.

Do not use leftover medicine for treating any infection in the future. Always consult your doctor before taking any antibiotic. Stick to simple meals, avoid rich or spicy food and drink plenty of water while taking Snovimox CV Kid 500mg/125mg Tablet DT.
