Calcium Dobesilate is a vasoprotective agent that reduces blood vessel leakage and fragility, improving blood flow and reducing inflammation. Hydrocortisone, a steroid, helps to decrease redness, itching, and swelling. Zinc provides astringent and antiseptic properties.
