A fiber-rich diet with six to eight full glasses of water each day and daily exercise are important in maintaining healthy bowel function. Do not take any other laxative along with Sitcom LD Rectal Cream without consulting your doctor. Sometimes certain medicines like iron tablets or antibiotics might cause constipation.
