Sitcom LD Rectal Cream is a combination of two medicines: Euphorbia Prostrata Extract and Lidocaine. Euphorbia Prostrata Extract is a herbal medicine that has anti-hemorrhoidal property, stopping bleeding by shrinkage of blood vessels. Lidocaine/Lignocaine is a local anesthetic that works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain to decrease the sensation of pain.

A fiber-rich diet with six to eight full glasses of water each day and daily exercise are important in maintaining healthy bowel function. Do not take any other laxative along with Sitcom LD Rectal Cream without consulting your doctor. Sometimes certain medicines like iron tablets or antibiotics might cause constipation. Inform your doctor if you are taking any of them.
