Introduction

Sitcom Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines that helps in treating piles. It can be taken with or without food and should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. This medicine should not be consumed more than the recommended dose. Some common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, and headache. These are usually well tolerated but if these side effects persist for a long time, please consult your doctor. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any symptoms of allergic reactions like swelling, itching, difficulty in breathing, hives, etc. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any other health conditions. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is advised not to consume alcohol after taking this medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sitcom Forte Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Sitcom Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Euphorbia Prostrata Extract and Calcium Dobesilate. Euphorbia Prostrata Extract is a plant extract while Calcium Dobesilate is a vasoprotective medicine. Together, they work on the walls of the small blood vessels and reduce their leakage and fragility. They also improve blood flow by decreasing viscosity/thickness of blood, thereby relieving inflammation (redness and swelling) and promoting healing.

Sitcom Forte Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of piles. A fiber-rich diet (wholegrain bread and cereals, fruit and green leafy vegetables) with six to eight full glasses of water each day and daily exercise are important in maintaining healthy bowel function. Do not take any other laxative along with Sitcom Forte Tablet without consulting your doctor. Sometimes certain medicines like iron tablets, antibiotics might cause constipation. Inform your doctor if you are taking any of them.
