Sitcom Cream is a medicine used in the treatment of piles (grade 1 and 2 internal hemorrhoids). It helps shrinks the blood vessels and relieves symptoms such as bleeding, itching, discomfort, and pain. This way it speeds up the healing process. Use Sitcom Cream regularly in the exact dose and duration for as long as the doctor has prescribed. Do not stop using it until you have finished the full course of treatment. The medicine is generally well tolerated with little or no side effects. No serious or severe side effects have been reported. If you experience symptoms that you feel is caused by the medicine, let your doctor know. They may be able to help you reduce or treat the side effects.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

A fiber-rich diet (wholegrain bread, cereals, fruit, and green leafy vegetables) with six to eight full glasses of water each day and daily exercise are important in maintaining healthy bowel function. Do not take any other laxatives along with Sitcom Cream without consulting your doctor.
