How it works
Sinus LM Syrup contains Levocetirizine and Montelukast. Together these two relieve sneezing and runny nose caused due to allergies. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that blocks a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms.

Frequently asked questions
My child has a persistent cough along with allergic symptoms. Can I give cough and allergy medicine together?
No. Do not mix cough and allergy medicines because they usually both contain similar ingredients. This may result in double dosing of the active ingredients, which could increase the risk of serious side effects.
Can I decrease the dose of Sinus LM Syrup by myself if my child starts to feel better?
No, adhere to the dose as prescribed by your child’s doctor. Do not increase or decrease the dose by yourself; doing so may impact your child's health. Increasing the dose may cause unwanted effects like sedation and depression, while decreasing the dose or stopping it suddenly can result in rebound reversal of all symptoms.
How should Sinus LM Syrup be stored?
Sinus LM Syrup should be stored at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct heat and light. It is also important to keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children to avoid accidental intake.
Can Sinus LM Syrup make my child sleepy?
Sinus LM Syrup can cause mild drowsiness which may make your child sleepy. However, it should never be used to induce sleep in your child; forceful sleep could mask any underlying sleep disorders like insomnia.

No, do not start Sinus LM Syrup without speaking to your child’s doctor first. Additionally, Sinus LM Syrup may impair performance as it can cause mild sedation, dizziness, and sleepiness. Consult with the doctor before starting any treatment.
