Simulect Injection is given as an injection into the veins by a healthcare provider only. The first dose is given 2 hours before transplantation and a second dose after 4 days of surgery. Avoid taking any vaccination while on treatment with this medicine without doctor consultation. Simulect Injection may increase your susceptibility to infections. Inform your doctor if you get any signs of infection during treatment.
