Silocap-D Tablet is a combination of two medicines, Silodosin and Dutasteride, that work together to relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Silodosin is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland, allowing for easier passage of urine. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that helps shrink the prostate gland by decreasing the level of the hormone responsible for its growth. Common side effects may include dizziness, blurring of vision, and sexual dysfunction. It is important to take this medication as prescribed by your doctor and to be aware of potential interactions and warnings.
Directions for Use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Silocap-D Tablet is to be taken with food, approximately 30 minutes after the same meal each day.

You have been prescribed Silocap-D Tablet to relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Take it approximately 30 minutes after the same meal each day. Silocap-D Tablet may cause dizziness or blurring of vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. If you are scheduled to undergo eye surgery due to cataract or glaucoma, inform your eye doctor about the usage of Silocap-D Tablet. It may cause difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection (impotence), decreased sex drive, and ejaculation disorders such as decreased amount of semen produced or decreased sperm count. Do not donate blood for 6 months after taking the last dose of Silocap-D Tablet.
