Sifarex M 10mg/120mg Chewable Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion or stuffiness. It contains two active ingredients, montelukast and fexofenadine, which work together to relieve symptoms. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, while fexofenadine is an antiallergic that blocks the action of histamine, responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Take this medication by mouth. Chew it completely before swallowing or as directed by your doctor. Sifarex M 10mg/120mg Chewable Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

You have been prescribed Sifarex M 10mg/120mg Chewable Tablet to help relieve symptoms of allergy such as runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and cough. Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Sifarex M 10mg/120mg Chewable Tablet can cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drink alcohol while taking Sifarex M 10mg/120mg Chewable Tablet as it may cause increased sleepiness. Stop taking Sifarex M 10mg/120mg Chewable Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
