Sgltr-M Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines. It is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control. It must be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.

Sgltr-M Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines. Remogliflozin Etabonate is an anti-diabetic medication (sodium glucose-dependent renal transporter 2). It works by removing excess sugar from your body through urine. Metformin is another anti-diabetic medication (biguanide). It works by lowering glucose production in the liver, delaying sugar (glucose) absorption from intestines and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin.
